As already announced, new toll rates for trucks are valid from 1 October 2015. From that date, also vehicles over 7.5 tons gross vehicle weight will be subject to toll charges. Additionally, the axle classes will be extended from two to four. Since 2015, the toll rates consist of a partial toll rate for infrastructure costs and a partial toll rate for air pollution costs. While the partial toll rate for air pollution remains unaffected, the partial toll rate for infrastructure changes according to the new axle classes. For this reason, the toll rates must be recalculated.
